I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with brown eyes. I have light brown eyes and these made them look BLACK. But maybe they're different for people who have light blue eyes, I'm not sure. So these are dark blue, not like the picture shows, but you can see the blue better if you wear dark make-up around your eyes. Just don't expect whats in the picture.
